Danielle and David, oh, such a wonderful team. They are reliable, trustworthy, prompt in response and action. Their professionalism exceeds any expectations. I found them on Zillow a while back and I was sick and tired looking online for a condos. I sent them a message and David called back promptly. I told him ones what I was looking at online and had very strict conditions. From there he proceded to explain that not all buildings have current for sale condos and some buildings matched my needs but had no condos for sale. For me it was last time when I would buy a property for myself; location, budget, amenities, close to transportation, shopping and area. In the same day, he took me in his car and showed me the top condos in downtown even the ones that didn't have any for sale at the time. I met him again the next day and he showed me more condo complexes outside of downtown. After that I asked him to show some of them to my son, and guess what, he showed us my favorite condo choices and more. The two of them totally met our needs.
We decided to make an offer for one of the apartments. Didn't work. Somebody else offered more, so we made an offer for the second one. The offer was accepted and in a few weeks I had the keys for the apartment. Such a thrill! He went beyond that and he brought me cleaners that I asked for even though the apartment was in mint conditions. They did a great job, too. I'll never be able to thank Danielle and David enough. I'll highly recommend them to anyone who want to have an easy and wonderful experience in buying or selling properties. They are amazing!
